• Spend $10 or more in-store to save 6 cents per litre off fuel purchase promotion is only available at participating Puma Energy stores in New South Wales and Victoria (“Promotion”). The Promotion is valid from 13 June 2022 to 13 July 2022, unless withdrawn earlier (“Promotion Period”).
• The Promotion can only be redeemed by spending $10 or more in one transaction in-store during the Promotion Period (“Qualifying Transaction”). Purchases of fuel (including petrol, diesel and LPG grades), car wash, telecommunications (including mobile and internet recharge), gift cards (including iTunes and other pre-paid cards), lottery, smoking products and smoking accessories, COVID-19 rapid antigen (RAT) self-tests, and cashouts are excluded from the Qualifying Transaction. The Promotion is not available on any fuel card transactions.
• A 6 cents per litre discount ("Discount") will be applied on the pump price of any petrol or diesel fuel purchased, up to a maximum of 80 litres per transaction. The Discount will not be applied to fuel purchased in excess of this 80 litre limit in a single transaction. The Discount must be used in the same transaction as the Qualifying Transaction.
• This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, privilege or promotion, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by Chevron Australia Downstream Pty Ltd (“Chevron”).
• To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law, Chevron will not be liable for, and excludes all liability for, any direct or indirect loss, damage or expense (including if due to negligence) arising in connection with this Promotion.
• The terms and conditions of the Promotion may be amended or replaced (or the Promotion suspended or cancelled) by Chevron at any time at its discretion
